1. Minimum membership period of 3 months. 2-month returnable security deposit. |

2. Service can start immediately after the service fee is settled. |

3. Service fee shown for 1 contact person per company. $100 is charged per additional telephone contact. |

4. Service fee for the full contract period and deposit are payable upon signing the License agreement. |
